SNAP Stories of Giving
SNAP received a letter today with return address of Holman Prison in Atmore, AL. Inside was an official check drawn on a "Holman Prisoner's Money On Deposit" account in the amount of $5.00. With the check was a handwritten note from a prison inmate explaining that he read about the SNAP project in the June 12th issue of the Huntsville Times and was sending the check in honor of his nephew who has autism. He explained that the article "really touched my heart".

This just goes to show that no matter who you are or how much you have, anyone who sees our vision can get involved and help make a difference, no matter how big or how small.

The Morgan-Lawrence Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (MLAIFA) last month held its annual Troy Lindsey Memorial Golf Tournament at Quail Creek Golf Course.

Hartselle State Farm Insurance Company agents recently presented SNAP a check for $1600 to assist with construction of SNAP of Morgan County.
