Child Playing On A Playground
The need for building a “Special Needs Accessible Playground” (SNAP) was brought to the attention of the Hartselle Civitan club in 2002. Since the need surfaced, the club and its members have hit the ground running to find a site, secure grants, solicit donations and establish the dream. Since 2002, great strides have been made, yet there is much left to be done.
In late 2006, the Hartselle Civitan Club joined with the Lions Club, the Hartselle Kiwanis Club and the Hartselle Rotary Club for an alliance to create a Boundless Playground in Morgan County and make this project a reality.

The dream to give special needs children a boundless playground cannot become a reality without your help. If you would like to be a part of bringing joy to the life of a child with special needs, view our Donate Page to see how you or your business can help.
