SNAP - Special Needs Accessible Playground

SELFLESS ACT FROM CHILD HELPS RAISE FUNDS FOR SNAP OF MORGAN COUNTY
On Saturday, November 10th, 2007 over $250 was raised for SNAP of Morgan County with the help of one special little girl. Six-year-old special needs child, Clara Miller, gave up gifts on her birthday in lieu of receiving donations for SNAP of Morgan County. Clara’s birthday party was held at 2:00 pm at the Neel Nutrition Center, where Clara and her guests enjoyed a Hannah Montana-themed party complete with karaoke and birthday cake. Clara presented a check in the amount of $260 to SNAP of Morgan County project manager, Bob Francis. An event like this shows the heart and spirit of those involved with the SNAP of Morgan County project. Each individual, no matter how young, truly understands and embodies the selfless attitude and vision that SNAP of Morgan County represents.
